We will then hold the cottage for a few days in order that you may send a cheque for £100 made payable to R Lepley which will act as a non refundable DEPOSIT for your booking.
Balance: Your balance which again is non refundable is due six clear weeks prior to your arrival. Please ensure that you send the balance on time as we do not issue reminders. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and resell the holiday without refunding the deposit if your balance is not received six clear weeks before your arrival.
Cancellation: If you are forced to cancel for whatever reason, we will do our upmost to relet the cottage and effect a refund.
We strongly recommend that you arrange holiday insurance to cover this. You must advise us of any cancellation by email or letter and receive confirmation of receipt from us.
Arrival & Departure: Our cottage is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and it must be vacated promptly by 10am on the day of departure. Could you please keep the cottage in good order throughout your stay and leave it clean and tidy, reporting all breakages or damage immediately to save the next guests any inconvenience.
Children: For there own safety children must be supervised by a responsible adult whilst in the paddock areas where animals are kept.
Dogs: Only those dogs booked in prior to your arrival may be brought. They must be kept under strict control at all times and not left unattended in the cottage or grounds. You must clean up after them and dispose their toilet promptly and sensibly. Please bring suitable bedding and towels for your pets and their own water and feeding bowls. In the interest of hygiene dogs are not allowed upstairs or on any or the furniture, window sills or beds. Please ensure you clean and hoover thoroughly prior to your departure.
Please be aware of the privacy of our neighbours and please do not let your children or pets cause annoyance or become a nuisance to other householders in the village.
Our cottage is a strictly NON SMOKING area.
We reserve the right to enter the cottage at any reasonable time should the need arise.
We reserve the right to terminate your booking if you fail to observe our terms and conditions even if you are already resident in the cottage. Your renting agreement will be terminated at once and you will be asked to leave without any compensation becoming payable to you.
